Родился в городе Рига Латвия. Выпускник МГИМО МИД РФ, правовед, юрист-международник. С детства занимаюсь живописью. В 2008 году был принят в Творческий Союз художников России. Написал более 400 картин, провел несколько десятков выставок как в России, так и за рубежом. Большая часть картин находится в частных коллекциях и некоторых музеях мира.
