Инесса Борисовна Иоктон родилась в г. Челябинск в Марте 1969г . Проживает в Казахстан. Алматы.
Первый раз взяла кисти в руки и начала писать картины в 52 года , после того , как ей приснился вещий сон . Во сне к ней пришел Поль Сезанн , протянул ей холст и кисти и сказал : тебе нужно писать картины , у тебя есть талант , твои картины будут находиться в лучших музеях мира ! Работает в стиле : Авангардизм , Примитивизм или наивный стиль , Классицизм.
