I’m a Ukrainian artist (based in Bangkok) selling my original art and prints all over the world.
Franz isn’t my real name but it’s a nickname that seemed to fit really well many years ago so I kept it. Oh, and just 5 short years ago I was making coffee for a living. Just goes to show what you can do with a small idea and big dreams.
I always ask myself what art is. And honestly, I don’t know. For me, the term “art” is the most difficult to interpret: more difficult than any other mysterys. Humans perform arts in order to transcendent their being here. The methods differ greatly. A metaphorical comparison: Art is an angry hurricane speeding over landscapes, relentlessly picking up everything, deforming, tearing, and renaming it before dropping everything again. The hurricane itself is invulnerable throughout all this.
