Родился в Казахстане в 1965г. С 1986 по 1989г. г. учился в Киевском художественно-промышленном техникуме, позже - в частной школе профессора Милана Кубата Банича во Франкфурте-на-Майне.
Картины Совинского Ю. Д. экспонируются на художественных выставках с 1993 года.
Основные жанры - городской пейзаж и натюрморт.
Многие работы приобретены коллекционерами из Росии, Украины и других стран.
