My name is Maria Spiridonova. I was born in Moscow, October 2, 1980. After finishing 11 grades at school, I took an Interior Design course at the Production and Training Center TIME (Academy of Professions) and completed it with honors. However I have only applied designer skills for my own purposes so far.
Since my infancy I was fond of painting and coloring, and by the age of 16 years my hobby grew into picture drawing. Despite the fact that I chose design subject after school, I still continued to paint. Being a self-taught painter I could not take part in expositions or display my pictures in galleries, unfortunately. I am currently painting in gouache, oil s, and chalk. I am constantly experimenting with various color, form and image combinations while working. My pictures resemble a box of pencils through which every person may get a sight of something of his own. I had always been eager to be involved with creativity and confer pleasure to people. I sincerely you will find my works pleasurable.
