Окантовка просто очень меняет)
Без нее рисунок кажется более спокойным и уравновешеным)
А с ней для меня,например,внутри этой окантовки появляется движение)
Хотя это и мое довольно не проффесиональное мнение, но как мнение автора имеет место быть:D
